Taxes included in price. The price includes clean towels and bedding. Also included are all gadgetries and complete dishes in the kitchen.

Additional payment: Children from 2 - 10 years 5.00 euros per day. Pet (dog, cat), 8.00 euros daily. Air conditioning € 2.00 per day per person.

Cleaning: Guests are required to clean up the apartment before going back to it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. If the customer wants, we can make cleaning up by extra paying (35,00 EUR).

Reservation: With reservation of the apartment there is to pay a secure of 30% of the total amount of your reservation on our bank account. The rest of 70% of the amount is to be paid at the day of arrival. When we receive our bank account deposit of 30% of the total cost of accommodation, you get a confirmation from us that the deposit paid and confirmation that the apartment is reserved just for you.
