**POLICIES**
*24-48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELATIONS REQUIRED PLEASE. If you need to re-schedule your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. Last minute cancelation will result a $25 dollar deposit before any new appointment is booked. If their is continuous cancellations I reserve the right to refuse service, and discontinue bookings. No call-no shows will NOT be tolerated. I do send a reminder text one day prior to your appointment to remind you of your appointment. As well as I ONLY give 15 minutes after your appointment is set. If you are late I will not take you in, it is only fair for my loyal clients who are here on time. 

**INFANTS AND TODDLERS**
*No child of any age are allowed to accompany clients during services, in order to maintain high quality standards and time control. I ask for you not to bring your kids, I know things my come up but my polices still remain the same. 

**SANITATION**
-All files and buffers are cleaned and disinfected for each client
-drill bits clean and disinfected
-implements such; clippers, cuticle pusher, nippers, etc. are properly scrubbed and disinfected and emerged into a solution before and after each client.

-If a client comes in with any type of infection I will NOT perform services until the infection has cleared up. It is very easy to spread infections onto others so PLEASE don't make an appointment as I Will send you home.

-My art studio is a clean environment table. Tools are cleaned and disinfected after each client leaves. Your hands are sprayed with ORGANIC HAND SANITIZER. 
As well as my room is also se up for proper ventilation and air purification for your safety and mine.

HOME BASED STUDIO

PLEASE no text/calls after 8pm
Cash or debit/credit card accepted($1-3 dollar fee may apply)
NO calls or texts Saturday or Sundays after 2pm
Gratuities are very much appreciated

**SCHEDULE-BOOKINGS**
*I highly recommend to make your appointment 2-3 weeks before, I have a level of high clientele.
*If you have nails on and wish to get them removed I ask of you let me know at the time of booking so that way I can schedule you in accordingly. It takes about 30-45min to soak of nails. 
*If cutting down and re-shaping please let me know as well.
*If late to your appointment I will not take you in and you will have to reschedule
